Weve been using the Vertical Wave hardware for 4 years, and Ive had their iOS app since its release. The app must connect with our hardware to work, and connectivity is hit-and-miss, mostly miss. When it connects, functionality is spot-on. When it wont connect the app is useless. Vertical offers no direct support and forces users to work through their dealer network. My dealer has not been able to get Vertical to resolve the issue.
