This is an indispensable tool for any user of the new Vertical Wave IP system! Vertical ViewPoint keeps me in touch with my clients, my co-workers and my family using a simple touch of the finger. Great app, Vertical!

This app truly embraces the bring your own device (BYOD) wave that any business should expect to have as part of their technology Eco-system. If your business does not have a mobile strategy, then this app must be considered the standard that all others should be measured against. Dont Settle For Less!

This updated version of the app works good. Excellent app

By far the biggest shortcoming is app is that you still need to tell it to ring your cell phone or your extension. This app would be amazing if you could receive and make calls directly though the app. When I choose my cell phone, some times it wont connect and go to my cell phones voice mail. True, this is a carrier issue, but makes for a good argument to go through the app for a better customer experience.

Great features and easy to use. Driving or walking to a late appt. you just need to prioritize your calls, I get to make that choice. Instant message a deal keeper when you need information at a meeting just a quick note to your staff at the office. Change your status and voicemail greeting with one click, traveling I can take a call from my office staff, in a meeting they know to wait or send me a instant message. At almost 70 I have to keep organized it works

This app has not worked properly since the release of iOS7. That was on September 18, 2013, nearly 3 months ago. You can no longer check voice messages and the chat function is not working as well. Have notified Viewpoint and no resolution has been provided. Poor service.

App worked and was stable on IOS 7.0.7. Running on 7.1 it constantly crashes. I cant get the app to stay open for more then a few seconds. Please fix.

Was working great but now it crashes all of the time. I can not access my voice mails. Please fix!

Since I installed the latest update, I cannot even open the app on my iPhone.

Ever since the last update the app wont open- it closes every time I try to open it. This is a huge issue- when will it be fixed? Ive tried deleting and reloading the app

SESSION RELOCATION IS AMAZING! I can’t believe I can move a SIP softphone call over to my cell phone provider if the data connection is failing. It’s amazing! Must be seen to be believed It’s amazing how fast and clear the SIP phone is once out admin got it set up on the server side. Calls connect quickly, and I dont get disconnected when going between wifi and cell data - not sure how they did that but its great! And if my internet gets interrupted for any reason, the other side of the call automatically gets put on hold until I get back! This app has definitely changed how I connect with my coworkers, now its not a pain anymore!

Would be great if it didnt crash every time I opened the app

Wont stay open for more than a second. Seems to be a common issue, and it needs to be fixed. A corporate phone system is only as good as the soft phone functionality, and as our IT design engineer were now looking for alternatives due to this massive bug.

Does not even function, crashes as soon as it opens...
