Not bad

By far the biggest shortcoming is app is that you still need to tell it to ring your cell phone or your extension. This app would be amazing if you could receive and make calls directly though the app. When I choose my cell phone, some times it wont connect and go to my cell phones voice mail. True, this is a carrier issue, but makes for a good argument to go through the app for a better customer experience.
